SUMMARY
I am an architect with twelve years of experience, including residential and institutional design, model construction, and preparation of perspective drawings, elevations and plans. I also have six years of experience as a construction supervisor. I am bilingual in Spanish/English.

Costruecuador is one of the most recognized construction companies in Ecuador. This eight year old company specializes in building large housing complexes and condominiums. Duties included:
· Drafting floor plans.
· Designing housing complexes, and variations on basic designs.
· Obtaining permits and documents required by city government.
· Preparing and supplying floor plans for construction site use.
ARCHITECT AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
2002 to 2004:
Constructora Abad – Iniguez , Cuenca , Ecuador
Constructora Abad is a private construction company in Cuenca, Ecuador. Projects include condominiums and private homes. Duties included:
· Designing a 5-level private residence, preparing all floor plans and obtaining all permits needed and supervising construction staff and coordinating all construction tasks for the building.
· Supervising staff during construction of a twelve unit apartment building.
ARCHITECT AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
1998 to 2001:
Colegio Artesanal “Adolfo Kolping”, Riobamba, Ecuador
This is a private middle school that provides training in quality craftsmanship to students in the areas of: pottery, mechanics, cabinet-making and folk loom weaving. Duties included:
· Participating as a member of the team that designed a middle school building with six classrooms, an administration office, a library, an auditorium, a basketball court and a large workshop.
· Designing and supervising ten construction staff and coordinating all construction aspects of the workshop.
· Designing a building for kitchen and utilities, including laundry and showers for women and men and guest facilities.
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
1998 to 2000:
Hospital Andino Alternativo, Riobamba, Ecuador
· I Supervised construction of a forty bed hospital in a small rural community. The hospital included: an administration office, a lobby, patient wards, an emergency room, labs, an operating room, a kitchen, a cafeteria and a facility for laundry.
